 | This bulding is called Al Serkal building. It is one of the most beautiful building in that area. It is owned by a person, not a company, in our country this is a bit strange and rarely happen. It is rented to a bank as IT Center and I work in this building during my assignment in Dubai. |
 | At night, when lights are switched on, it is even much more beautiful. But some of the people working inside the bulding like me are not really happy. |
 | This is the front entrance of the building, most of the people working in this office hardly walk into this door because through this door you will enter the car exhibition hall. To access to offices, you will have to use the side door. |

Your unhapiness has nothing to do with the building rite? It is a nice building anyway. That mean you are in the city centre?
Yes, the building is right in the middle of the Dubai city. In Dubai city, you hardly see building higher than 20 floors. But at the south-west of the Dubai city is the new area where you hardly see any building that is lower than 20 floors. That is extreme and strange.
Any photo soon of those more than 20 stories building?
The building looks like european building... gosh.. Dubai isn't like arabic city at all.... so modern!
I wish I could see the city last time during my transit instead just sitting in the airport for the whole 9 hours....
Dubai is very much influenced by British. They were employing many British to help them in administration. English is also widely used in this country.

I agree with you that Al Sercal is one of the most beatiful buildings in that area. When i saw this building at first time, I thought that it was a theatre. And i am not surprised that this buiding is owned by one person, because nowadays a lot of people prefer to invest their money inDubai property. Real estate market in Dubai is stably dearing every year. So it is very profitable to invest money in this sphere.
Al Serkal building is by far the prettiest building in dubai.The ground floor houses his collection of cars!!!Amazing!!!Its a sight for sore eyes!!!He is building an identical one down the road...
Yes. When I was there this year Jan, the other new building is still under construction, but coming to the completion stage. I am not sure it is now completed.
Yes it's a monument now in Dubai , My father build this building it was his first project and i am so proud of our accomplishment.
