I don't like to see animals' head on the dining table.
I don't like this as well. According to local people here, they said this is a special dish. That's is strange. Maybe that's why some people say Chinese eat almost every thing (every part) with four legs.
But goose have two legs leh.. hmm.. i tot some ppl in Malaysia eat chicken head.. I guess it is a waste of money to eat goose head, since it got no meat.
